To participate in the convention, you must fill out the registration form by 5pm on Friday, April 22. Both Delegates and Alternates who are able to participate should register. Alternates will be chosen to fill empty Delegate spots Friday evening.

Here is how to register:

2. Fill out the form with the email address you provided at your county convention. Each Delegate and Alternate needs to register individually and seated Delegates must log into the meeting on their own device to be able to vote.

You will receive a link to log into the Zoom once your registration has been approved Friday evening. Use that second link to join the Zoom at 9:30am on Saturday, April 23.

Some email servers will mark the email from Zoom as SPAM. Be sure to check your SPAM folder.

Again, to participate in the convention, you must fill out the registration form by 5pm on Friday, April 22.

Participants will begin being admitted to the Zoom meeting at 9:30 am on April 23rd. The Convention will be called to order as soon as quorum is reached. Please plan to log in at 9:30 or a little before so we can get everyone admitted quickly.
